Today the school choir sang for the elderly people of our local community during their annual Christmas dinner at the Scout Hall. The elderly people who live in the community around Llangewydd were delighted to hear the choir singing a selection of Christmas songs and carols. Some of the residents said that the children's singing had "made their Christmas". It was lovely to see the elderly people smiling and enjoying themselves whilst listening to the choir sing. After their performance, the choir were treated to a drink, a packet of crisps and even some special Christmas chocolates! We wish all the elderly residents of our community a very happy Christmas.
