This was such a successful day we are so proud of the Year 3. I hope you all enjoyed as much as we did. They were so professional while working as waiters and the teachers and children learnt so much from this experience. This completed our final section of the TASC wheel project.

Last week, Year 3 spent lots of time writing their letters to Santa Claus. We looked at the critical features of a letter and together wrote a Success Criteria for our letter. We wrote our first draft, making sure we didn't just
write a list of things we wanted off Santa! Our teacher marked our letters and then we copied them up on to Christmas writing paper. Finally, we put our finished letters into an envelope, wrote Santa's address, stuck on our stamps and as a year group walked down to the postbox to post them off, singing Christmas carols on the way!
